We are currently seeking a full time 40 hours/5 days a week Database Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for maintaining, updating, and corrections to the Marketing database as well as analyzing and assisting with the execution of all direct and email mail programs. The Database Marketing Coordinator assists with the implementation of digital/direct mail promotions from the database requirements perspective. Work with marketing leadership to deliver database information for all digital/direct mail campaigns, events, and promotions. Develops, maintains, and verifies campaigns and associated reports in SQL, and Excel.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in database marketing, which includes but is not limited to database analysis, with experience supporting Direct Marketing Programs across multiple channels.
· Associate degree or higher in Database Marketing or Database Management or related field or equivalent combination of educational experience preferred.
· Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel and SQL) is required. Candidate will be trained on current databases and Marketing tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from colleagues and Management in one-on-one and small group situations.
· Ability to deal with problems involving multiple variables in non-standardized situations.
· High level of general mathematical understanding, with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
· Analytical, quantitative, and logical problem-solving skills.
· Excellent relational database skills.
· Self-motivated learner with innate intellectual curiosity.
· Able to manage multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines.
