Database Marketing Analyst performs analysis of marketing databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs. Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and list or lead generation. Being a Database Marketing Analyst runs various reports to track retention, identify new customers, and pinpoint opportunities to increase sales to current customers. Ensures that the database is updated and maintained in a timely fashion. Additionally, Database Marketing Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior Database Analyst to support our USTRANSCOM TGIS contract at Scott Air Force Base. The Senior DBA will ensure TGIS tools and functions continue to support functional users’ associated operational mission requirements.
•Reviewing vulnerabilities, developing an implementation plan, and installing patches as they become available. Loading applicable application patches; implementing and sustaining STIGs, security assessments.•Performing database and application backup and recovery; performing database and application monitoring and performance tracking; and completing custom structured query language (SQL), UNIX, or other scripting and programming as required based on environment.•Ensuring DBA accounts are not used for non-DBA activities.•Providing support to maintain, implement and enhance servers, databases and applications that includes tuning and performing backups, database tuning and backups, system patching, and other information assurance compliance.•Create and maintain a Data Dictionary for DTTS, J3-COP, and TC- AIMS Applications.•Database Performance Tuning
