The Database Administrator will be responsible for designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing, and maintaining the company's database.
Position Responsibilities: Monitor databases for proper performance and accuracy
Install upgrades and maintain systems
Manage storage for all applications
Create, configure, and maintain BI, Excel, and Salesforce.com reports
Manage server configuration, migration, and other implementations
Monitor root cause analysis and resolutions
Manage back-ups and recovery procedures
Administer and test new upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve database problems
Ensure audit trails are maintained and documented
Database data entry for sales and marketing needs
Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements
Collate, prepare, and present statistical information for reporting purposes
Administer Salesforce.com
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education and Experience - A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related information technology field preferred
A minimum of three (3) years experience of SQL server database experience or database base administration preferred
Experience with any of the following: Conga Composer, Geopointe, Docusign and DataLoader, Salesforce.com preferred
3 years experience with SQL reporting services, including creating, modifying, and managing custom reports preferred
Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL preferred
Proficient Excel skills, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. required
Physical Requirements: Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Able to multitask, prioritized, and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
Knowledge and up-to-date on the latest industry trends
Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
