Database Administration Manager manages the administration of an organization's database. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage. Being a Database Administration Manager establishes policies and procedures related to data security and integrity and monitors and limits database access as needed. Oversees the design, maintenance and implementation of the systems that manage an internal database. Additionally, Database Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree.     The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the nurse manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. In collaboration with the nurse manager, assumes 24/7 responsibility for the management and staffing of the unit. The ANM manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate. The scope of responsibility spans all aspects of nursing care. The ANM maintains clinical competence and certifications to assist the unit when required.

    Required qualifications:

    • Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License Or

    • Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License

    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree - Complete BSN within 2 years of accepting ANM Position

    • 3 years Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.

    • Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.

    • Leadership experience.

    • Shared Governance experience.
