Data Warehousing Manager jobs in Temple, TX
Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Data Warehousing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Warehousing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Average wages $20 per hour, some positions also have production bonus opportunities.
Consistent schedule and guaranteed 40 hours with opportunity for overtime.
Job Tasks
Our Distribution/Warehouse Team ensures our customers receive their products on time, as ordered and in good condition. We are busy and need your help! As a member of the Warehouse Pick Pack Ship team, you'll:
- pick and pack products for customers from warehouse inventory
- label and accessorize product
- quality check customer orders
- prepare orders for shipping
- load trucks for out bound shipments
- receive vender supplies
Qualifications
You'll be more successful, if you:
- enjoy a fast-paced environment
- are self-motivated
- take ownership and pride in your work
- are pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
- pay attention to detail
- are able to stand for long periods of time
- are able to push and pull 50lbs.
- are able to lift up to 50lbs.
- have experience within a warehouse, but not necessary
