SUMMARY:
The Operations manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing overall operations of real estate and property management along with supporting other business entities as necessary. Primary responsibilities will include strategic insight and oversight of operations, metrics, internal and external processes along with updating and administering new barcoding policies and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in management.
Responsibilities:
· Provide work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization, project management and project execution
· Work directly with multiple departments and business entities as necessary to meet customer needs and expectations
· Implement measure to improve quality of service, efficiency, and performance
· Build, maintain, and develop professional relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of operations
· Implement best practices for real-time tracking and monitoring of inventory movement using barcode technology
· Resolve customer concerns, develop solutions, and make recommendations to operations and management
· Enforce company policies and safety regulations to meet or exceed guidelines and expectations
· Must be a self-accountable individual driven to deliver results
