    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to drive team and revenue growth in the Global Market and Latin American (Latam) regions.
    • Analyze the client portfolio and assess market opportunities to identify potential new clients and expansion opportunities within current accounts.
    • Develop precise forecasts of sales opportunities and revenue expansion.
    • Communicate sales strategy to Sales leaders, providing guidance and support in its implementation.
    • Formulate business cases to bolster deal closures. 
    • Accurately input and maintain updated information in the CRM system, including contact details, communication history, and relevant client interactions.
    • Coach and mentor Sales Leaders and account executives to enhance their sales skills and performance.
    • Create playbooks and scripts to enhance the team's effectiveness in approaching clients and delivering solution pitches.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting on events, client meetings, and negotiations, to lead by example and drive revenue growth.
    • Manage key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while maximizing revenue opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working towards swift resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team regarding sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
    • Lead by example through active participation in sales activities and negotiations.
    • Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Sales Leaders to provide individualized support, feedback, and coaching, enabling them to cascade the same support to junior account executives
    • Inspire and motivate the team to meet revenue targets through effective leadership and communication.
    • Offer guidance to the team regarding the company's client-focused objectives.
    • Comprehend clients' objectives and provide tailored solutions to facilitate their success.
    • Work closely with sales engineers and product teams to craft proposals aligned with clients' needs.
    • Devising negotiation strategies, presenting offers, and documenting negotiation processes and outcomes.
    • Present offers and counteroffers persuasively, considering the needs and concerns of all parties involved.
    • Solicit feedback from clients and team members continuously to identify areas for process improvement and enhanced experiences.


    Qualifications:

    • Bilingual – English and Spanish required. 
    • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
    • Minimal 5 years of work experience in leadership Sales position for B2B  businesses
    • Experience in the Data Center, telecommunication, fiber, CDNs, or technology industry is desirable. 
    • A relationship with OTTs and Hyperscale data centers is a plus.
    • Experience in prospecting and conducting client discovery sessions to identify business opportunities. 
    • Proficient Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes. 
    • Preferable experience in HubSpot and mandatory experience in other CRM systems.
    • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and product teams 
    • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. 
    • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop new skills.


    Work arrangement

    • Hybrid in McAllen, TX or Remote.
