Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Data Warehousing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Warehousing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of necessary office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, monitoring their performance and providing guidance as needed.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint to support data management and presentation needs.
- Ensure traceability and accountability in inventory management, implementing effective systems and processes.
- Showcase strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Foster an approachable and friendly environment, serving as a point of contact for staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and PowerPoint, with the ability to generate reports and presentations.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including traceability and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am to 8pm (40 hours per week)
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $20 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
