Eduworks Corporation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Annotation Manager to manage a team who will label large datasets for use in machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and communication skills, knowledge of data labeling methodologies, and experience managing distributed work across large teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implement processes for text, audio and image labeling.
• Manage a team of annotators, including recruiting, training, and supervising their work.
• Organize and lead regular team meetings to address questions, concerns, and best practices.
• Track project progress and ensure that annotation projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements for annotated data and to provide updates on progress.
• Facilitate communication between the annotation team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of annotated data into machine learning workflows.
• Identify and resolve issues with the annotation process, such as unclear instructions or inconsistent labeling.
• Work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align annotation objectives with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• Ensure quality and consistency of annotated data.
• Participate in the development and implementation of tools and processes to automate and optimize the annotation process where possible.
• Additional tasks as necessary to support annotation and quality.
