This job offers a fun and challenging environment. Make mostly outbound calls to insurance companies and accept inbound calls from agents. Act as a patient advocate to get their claim and the hospital paid!

Must possess good communication skills, be detail oriented problem solver with good analytical and time management skills. This is a great opportunity to learn about insurance and denials management!!

What’s expected from you:

• Excellent Attendance is required. Missing time means you are missing out on making money.
• Be a detective to solve the issue with our claim and get it paid!
• Must be comfortable and confident in asking people for a supervisor when answers to questions are not satisfactory. 
• This is a Fast-Paced Environment - that pays off - the more accounts worked, the better your team's chance of reaching bonus level.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and firmness on every single call.
• Be able to Control the Call - keep conversations on track.
• Be adaptable to change. If a hospital wants us to do something a little differently - then we do it.
• Be able to ask questions when uncertain. We don't expect employees to be experts immediately.
• Experience in medical office setting is helpful but certainly not required.
