Warehouse Data Entry Specialist

Our company is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be responsible for accurately entering data into our warehouse management system, ensuring that all inventory records are up-to-date and accurate. The Warehouse Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all inventory is accounted for and that all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains ERP database by entering new and updated Inventory and Production information.
• Generates and applies inventory control labels to all materials entering and exiting the department.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Processes Job and Receiving source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Resolve deficiencies using standard procedures or return incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn and use AFC-specific software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The signing bonus does not apply to seasonal workers or Interns. Bonus is paid as follows for employees working 34 or more hours per week: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days; for employees working 28-33 hours per week: $375 after 30 days of employment, $750 after 90 days, $750 after 180 days; for employees working 20-27hours per week: $250 after 30 days of employment, $500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days for employees working less than 20 hours per week: $125 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days.
