Through weekly staff meetings, you'll be learning all the selling points of epoxy flooring materials. You'll also get a chance to expand your office skills by working along side team members with decades of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet visitors and callers.
• Process customer orders utilizing QuickBooks with accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Follow-up with customers & carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
• Assist in inventory management and report any discrepancies.

**Qualifications:**

• Stable work history.
• English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation & ability to run errands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
