Responsibilities:

Managing the operations and restaurant staff

Looking for someone that is familiar with high volume of sales.

Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.

Maintain day-to-day financial controls

Create and manage staff schedules

Interview, hire, train and write-up staff

Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management

Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have successful previous management experience in a QSR setting

Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,

The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
