SUMMARY

To maintain kitchen sanitation, equipment and product accessibility and availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchens,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of all back of the house hallways,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of all stairs leading to Banquet and Main kitchens,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of restaurants,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of store rooms,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of service elevators,
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and organization of all silverware, china, and glassware.
• Ensure that all procedures are completed according to Property standards.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment and materials. Assist, where necessary, to ensure optimum service to residents.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the property when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school degree preferred
• Previous experience in a similar position in hospitality industry preferred
