    The Commissioning Program Manager will report to the Senior Director of Commissioning and will manage the implementation of Prime Data Centers Commissioning (Cx) programs across our growing portfolio of US data center projects. This pivotal role involves building and implementing Cx strategies from the ground up, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of all systems, validating that they meet design specifications and industry standards. The Commissioning Program Manager will lead day-to-day commissioning activities and will partner with construction and engineering teams to streamline the delivery of data center projects.

    Location: Onsite in Denver, CO
     

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Commissioning Planning and Strategy:
      • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and strategies for data center projects.
      • Collaborate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to integrate commissioning activities into overall project timelines.
    1. System Integration and Testing:
      • Oversee the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure seamless integration.
      • Conduct comprehensive testing of systems to validate performance against design specifications.
    2. Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that commissioning processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
      • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to address any issues identified during the commissioning process.
      • Ensure that all data center parts are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained correctly.
    3. Collaboration and Coordination:
      • Manage third party Commissioning Authority (CxA) and help manage onboarding, documentation preparation, field work, and contract management with the CxAs on different projects.
      • Facilitate communication between different stakeholders involved in the commissioning process.
     
    5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of commissioning processes, test results, and outcomes.
    • Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on the status of commissioning activities.




    Qualifications:
    • 5 years of Commissioning or QA/QC experience
    • 2 years of management experience
    • Experience in the data center or mission critical facilities preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems commissioning processes.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to commissioning.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
