Data Security Analyst assists in the design, implementation, and enforcement of security policies that protect systems and data from access by unauthorized users. Creates procedures for data access, protection, and backup. Being a Data Security Analyst investigates security violations and modifies procedures to prevent future incursions. Reviews changes to information systems to ensure compliance with security standards. Additionally, Data Security Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. As part of the Development team, the Project Data Analyst provides project analytical support to the project management, operations and development teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
BILLING
Responsible for monthly billing and updating billing terms.
Responsible for completing and executing all necessary lien waivers.
Assist with A/R needs.
Update and Track Monthly forward-looking revenue projections.
Work with Consultants on proper billing and assist with any consultant requests. Review and code consultant invoices and project expenses.
DOCUMENTATION
Assist with contract administration to ensure that all required documents are properly completed and included in the contract file, and that an executed Agreement is received and filed in HDJ records, including in the Contract Management portion of Vantagepoint.
Assist with the completion of all legal project documents – change orders, amendments, certificates of substantial completion, Architect / Consultant Agreements, RFIs, etc. – utilizing the AIA Contract Software. Also responds or aids in response to general client/owner inquiries & requests ... certification documents, funding documents, etc.
PROJECT PLANNING
Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint to organize data related to projects, revenue, schedule, labor resources, sub-consultants, and project partners.
DATA ANALYSIS
Work diligently to ensure the accuracy of data.
Utilize critical thinking to analyze data to identify areas of improved efficiencies and/or performance.
Use statistical tools to analyze and interpret patterns in both simple and complex data sets to support diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Active participation in Internal Project Launch (IPL) meetings
