- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and domain experts, to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats suitable for analysis.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and techniques in the field of data science, and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and provide solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies, data quality standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R.
- Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Proficient in machine learning algorithms and libraries/frameworks, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Skilled in data visualization and storytelling using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
