    We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist that enjoys diving into vast datasets, tackling intricate data preprocessing tasks, and conveying complex systems and algorithms to stakeholders. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, crafting robust data pipelines, and deriving valuable insights, including predictive suggestions on purchased data.

    Your impact:

    • Machine Learning Algorithm Development and Predictive Modeling: Utilize your expertise in machine learning to develop algorithms that analyze and interpret large datasets. Design and implement models that provide valuable insights, predictive suggestions, and accurate forecasting on consumer behavior, product preferences, and market trends.
    • Data Pipeline Development and Data Handling: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Process and manipulate large amounts of data efficiently, ensuring data integrity, quality, and availability. Implement data preprocessing techniques as part of the data pipeline to prepare datasets for analysis and modeling.
    • Data Analysis and Exploration: Conduct thorough data analysis and exploration to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within large datasets. Utilize statistical techniques and visualization tools to uncover meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Independent Problem Solving: Work independently on complex systems and algorithms, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, meeting both technical and business objectives.
    • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and the results of your analyses to stakeholders. Articulate the intricacies of systems, algorithms, and insights in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts, to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and align data science initiatives with organizational goals.

    About you:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years’ experience in a data science role.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Pandas experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Experience working with large datasets and developing data pipelines for data extraction, transformation and loading. Proficiency in pandas for efficient data handling and manipulation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for working with complex datasets.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience presenting finding and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex systems and algorithms.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
