What You Will Do:
The Proposal Director is responsible for delivering proposals to Sigma’s current and future federal government clients and providing support to the company’s business development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will be to work with other internal and external functional teams to plan and deliver major compliant and competitive proposals in response to Formal Requests for Quotations/Proposals and unsolicited submittals. This position will require you in your role to work closely with senior leadership, capture personnel, and operations management, external companies and stakeholders in order to oversee, manage, write, edit, review, and produce winning proposals. These proposals can typically range between $500K to over $200M. In addition, the Proposal Director will support business development functions as noted below.
