Senso is looking for a Strategic Buyer/Data Analyst to help us achieve our goal of becoming the top brand in Europe for restoring renewing and selling secondhand Apple devices.

The company has engaged in advanced robotics and software solutions for the optimization of warehouse processes shipments purchasing operations and the automation of production processes with over 56 tests during the processing and product handling phases. Next year the robotic plant will reach a capacity of over 400.000 devices per month making it the largest in Southern Europe.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the pivotal role of Strategic Buyer Data Analyst.

Within this role the individual executes purchasing operations handling monthly transactions worth around 2 million euros with continuous growth while personally negotiating and maintaining relationships with international suppliers.

The Strategic Buyer Data Analyst will oversee an entire business unitdeveloping technology to enhance purchasing operations forecast revenue streamline production and contribute to sales strategy collaborations.

This position will allow you to work in a young team average age 30 in close contact with the C level managers to develop new solutions and partnerships.

• Develop and nurture our proprietary database empowering us to create innovative bots and a data analytics platform enhancing the companys ability to forecast and execute high profitable margins.

• Execute purchasing operations and lead negotiations with Italian and worldwide suppliers ensuring optimal terms and agreements for the company.

• Lead and support special initiatives including representing the company externally and establishing partnerships with toptier companies.

• Coordinate with sales finance and production teams to forecast revenue streams based on purchasing operations streamline production processes and enhance sophisticated selling models.

What You Will Learn

• Monitor KPIs and develop advanced metrics managing processes from purchasing to sales for accurate business unit forecasts and comprehensive organizational insights.

• Learn how to manage a business unit as an autonomous entity within the company maximizing opportunities and leveraging resources to drive growth and profitability.

• Oversee daytoday operations liaise with management plan communications and coordinate internal communications.

• Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Gain insights into managing a rapidly growing startup and the secrets of the refurbished devices market.

• Proficiency in English and Italian at a professional level both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel abroad for negotiations and special initiatives.

• Proactive and selfdriven worker with a strong initiative.

• Demonstrable programming skills in Python and SQL with a strong foundation in data analysis (DAX) and manipulation. Prior experience with web scraping techniques is highly advantageous.

• Interest in startups and dynamic environment.

• Availability to work inoffice in Milan at least 3 days out of 5 of the week.
