As a Data Systems Analyst I at Chestnut, you'll be a vital contributor to the optimization of our corporate data systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in database administration and programming to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our data-driven initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating reports to enhance the effectiveness of corporate data systems, with a primary focus on TIER. Your role extends to conducting data analysis, troubleshooting potential inconsistencies, and collaborating closely with the Data Team to develop tools for data monitoring and correction. Additionally, you'll contribute to various systems development projects, showcasing proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, TIER, and other relevant tools. Your responsibilities include performing administration tasks on Chestnut data systems, including user interface development, troubleshooting, and effective communication of system changes to the user community. As part of your role, you'll also assist in general user training sessions to ensure users are well-versed in system functionalities. Establishing positive working relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely and effective support, and promoting Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence are integral aspects of this position. Your commitment to maintaining confidentiality of organizational information, including financial and client data, is paramount. Additionally, you'll undertake other duties and projects assigned by the Data Systems Manager, showcasing adaptability and a dedication to organizational success.
