• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to streamline data workflows.
• Document data management procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to data quality standards.

• Proficient data entry and management skills. t
• Proficient knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Proficient knowledge of database management systems.
• Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to tactfully collaborate with team members.
• Organize, prioritize and manage multiple simple to medium complexity projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to produce high quality work.

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in a data management or related position required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

• Monday – Friday, 1st shift hours.
• Remote work occasionally available upon approval.
• No travel required.
