The Learning and Talent Development team has an excellent opportunity for a Learning Management System (LMS) Data Entry Specialist at our Clopay headquarters in Mason, OH.

The LMS Data Entry Specialist will assist in coordinating US training courses and managing the Learning Management System for the training department. Working with instructional designers, facilitators, participants and the training department, this role plays an important part in the overall delivery of training curriculum to our internal associates and external partners across the country.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Assign learning paths and courses to specific users
• Coordinate training courses from registration to shipping material
• Process live training rosters for record-keeping in the LMS.
• Assist in development of standard operating procedures and documentation for custom LMS.
• Assist in testing of updates to the LMS prior to release.
• Upload and review course evaluations
• Aid in development of training schedule
• Assist in providing LMS support for both learning and performance
• Upload events in LMS
• Upload, test, track and maintain consistency of courses and materials in LMS
• Assist training team in loading training material in LMS
• Schedule and run reports, both manual and automated
• Manage scorecards and support users with scorecard usage
• Responsible for all on-demand course administration
• Provide user support with technical questions related to LMS access and completions
