Contingent on award, Ampersand Solutions Group (AMPERSAND) has a requirement for one or more Data Management Specialist I who will support a critical DoD mission advising and assisting in the development and implementation of mission test data management plans.
Scope: Advises and assists in developing and implementing a data management plan that focuses on the collection, structure/format, entry, validation, editing, and reporting of data; collaborates with pertinent stakeholders to meet the specifications of the data management plan; creates technical documents detailing defined procedures and creates and implements training sessions; reviews data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; demonstrates complex problem solving skills by identifying data related issues and suggests solutions.
