Job Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Enter
and update information into computerized systems and databases.

Verify
data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

·
Conduct
thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems.

·
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

·
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and
photocopying documents.

·
Communicate
effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any
discrepancies.

·
Follow
established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping.

·
Conduct
data collection and research as needed.

·
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

The successful candidate will have:

· 1yr Experience Preferred

· Background in Medical Work Preferred

· College Degree in Business Preferred

· Strong attention to detail.

· Be proficient with excel.

· Able to manage and track deadlines.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem solving skills.

· Excellent communication.

· Motivated to make a substantive contribution as the company continues to expand.
