Job: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Hartland, WI

Responsibilities:

• Verifies entered customer and account information.
• Enter orders for parts and standard conveyors.
• Maintains and utilizes CRM tool for case management.
• Assists with reporting, processing RMA forms, and miscellaneous Client Services tasks.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by ensuring entry accuracy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry, administrative, or customer facing roles.
• A team player that seeks input from others and contributes to the team effort to achieve a common goal.
• Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all areas involved.
• Displays professional verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates aptitude with problem solving and decision making.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Hartland, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
