Job Position: Data Clerk
Department: Administration
Main Function:
· Ingredients and Packaging materials costing data entry:
Daily Recording of received ingredients or packaging items and quantity to excel sheet.
· Daily Production Report Update:
Save and File Production Report that is received daily from Production Team to the file on Admin on Shareholder as Excel sheet.
Download Sales Order report and Remittance record from VTS (7-Eleven) and update them on Daily Sales File on Excel sheet at shareholder.
Download Labor Report from Uattend (Time Clock System) and update it on Daily Labor File on Excel sheet at shareholder.
Daily Updating Sales Report and Labor Report using above files and verifying Formula and Macro to calculate data accuracy.
Email the reports to necessary departments daily.
· Budget and spending tracking:
Track spending of purchased items for Production and Maintenance in excel and create a report monthly.
· Employees time sheet update
Verifying their daily hours on Uattend to make sure all hours have been updated and ready to create agencies time sheet weekly.
Work hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm
