QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE (YEARS)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in timekeeping, accounting or related field preferred.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Proficient in 10-key pad operation.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, i.e., MS Office.
• Good communication skills, including written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Can work well with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
• Collects Daily Task Sheets and inputs hours into Labor Entry system.
• Corresponds with those responsible for submitting Daily Task Sheets to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Enters data from Daily Task Sheets into computer and enters necessary codes (hours worked, project/task worked on, absence codes.)
• Compares data entered to the Daily Task Sheets and makes any corrections to the information entered.
• Reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer.
• Scans and electronically stores Daily Task Sheets after entry.
• Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.
• Records adjustments to timesheets entered on a prior date.
• Distributes summary of daily and weekly information entered from the Daily Task Sheets.
• Assists with special projects, as required.
• Must follow all Company policies and procedures, including those relative to employee safety, environmental policy, and the principles of our quality system.
• Other duties assigned or requested by Management.
• Works overtime as required.
• Reports to work daily and on time.
