Data Entry Clerk jobs in Oshkosh, WI

N&M Transfer is searching for 2nd Shift Data Entry and Paperwork Distribution personnel at our corporate office in Neenah. We have the following full-time, Monday- Friday positions available with excellent benefits.
(Part-time schedule options may be considered.)

Data Entry: 5:00pm to 1:00am, M-F

Responsibilities:

• Enter information from driver paperwork into the computer system.
• Verify information for accuracy.
• Sort, scan, fax, copy, and file paperwork as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good organizational skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Previous data entry experience in an office environment is ideal, but not required.

Paperwork Distribution: 4:00pm to 12:00am, M-F

Responsibilities include:

• Collect, process, and organize paperwork from drivers
• Some collection and tracking of cash payments
• Make copies, distribute paperwork throughout the office, and other general office duties.

Qualifications include:

• Good communication and organization skills
• Some computer knowledge
• Office experience ideal
