Description

We provide contract engineering and operational services to the independent petroleum industry and as a data entry specialist you'll be responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing report from project site with the purpose of understanding daily progress level and conclusions from the report, transforming into data in typed documents, charts, graphs and tables, focused on transforming field report to quality data providing representation of daily progress of each field project.

This position would typically include consulting encompass all aspects of engineers and operators from rig supervisors to in-house consulting to ensure you put out the right data in simple words for better understanding with less use of field terminologies, showing / reporting challenges, progress and delay in drilling / oil operations.

Working directly with the oil field inspectors and technicians to produce the perfect report on work done, expenditure and time range, typically being the pin point of data sent across operations department.

Your data submissions are vital to payroll as each will record daily expenditure showing cost of labor and rentals.

Requirements

Experience with MS Office.

Experience with MS Excel.

Experience with PowerPoint.

Experience with File Maker Pro and Adobe CC Illustrator.

Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Excellent knowledge of data preparation and attention to details.
