Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computer systems and maintaining efficient and accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications. Duties: - Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format - Enter data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems - Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents - Update and maintain databases with new information as needed - File and organize physical and electronic documents - Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other tools - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned Experience: - Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred - Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
