Data Entry Clerk jobs in Indianapolis, IN

A large Mortgage Institution is hiring multiple Data Entry/Mailroom Clerks to join the team for a great long term opportunity!

Job Description:

• Opening mail and envelopes that come in
• Logging of information from mail into their internal system (lots of data entry)
• Scanning and Filing of documents from mail (Fedex Packages) into Imagic System
• Must be able to lift 25lbs - Moving Fedex packages to your desk

Qualifications:

• Must be open to up to 5 hours of mandatory OT, after the training period, will be flexible on how you complete the OT
• 1 year of data entry, mail room, production based work experience
• Office based experience is preferred
• Experience in a production based environment with metrics/quotas is a big plus
• Must be open to working in groups and collaborating with team members
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
