Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Estimated Duration: 6 months contract with possibilities of extension

Gather and enter batch record data into computer databases or spreadsheets.

• Ensure data is entered accurately
• Investigate any non-conformance values
• Collect required information and ensure that it is properly saved
• Respond to requests for information in a timely fashion
• Ensure that data is collected prior to due date
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

How will you get there?

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience or experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.

Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Database usage, knowledge of LIMS, Documentum, Discoverant
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organizational skills to ensure data is concise and accurate

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to understand the manufacturing process, identify trends
• Experienced user of Excel; LIMS, Access
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Takes personal accountability for decisions and actions

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
