Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Duties: - Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computerized systems - Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system - Update and maintain existing data records - Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy - Organize and file documents as needed - Assist with clerical tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails - Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred - Proficient in using computers and basic software applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to type quickly and accurately - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Knowledge of file management systems We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
