The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining company records, including entering updating, researching, verifying, and retrieving data in QuickBooks. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and the ability to maintain confidential information in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to copy information from paper into the QuickBooks system as well as match invoices to Purchase Orders and Item Receipts in QuickBooks.

Manage Large Amounts of Information
Set Up and Maintain Paper and Electronic Filing Systems
Ensure Adherence to Quality Standards, Deadlines, and Proper Procedures
Perform Special Projects as Assigned
Link Appropriate Data for Cross- Referencing
Report any Problems or Questions in a Timely Manner
Answer Phones When Needed
Update Inventory Spreadsheets at Year End
Assist with Permanent Files
