Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our South Haven, MI location. Enter daily receipts and create invoices from receipts. Previous accounting experience required with knowledge including Quickbooks online, handling Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, and Excel. Able to handle data entry, reconciliation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Create Invoices with data to efficiently bill customers
• Verify accuracy of data entered.
• Maintain records of data entered and updated.
• Organize and store paper documents and electronic files.
• Ensure data is entered in a timely manner.
