Looking to gain Accounts Receivable Experience? We have a great opportunity for you with our client in Little Chute, WI as a* Financial Data Entry Clerk*! This position is 100% onsite.

While on a contract role with Kelly, you will be offered non-sponsored health, dental and vision insurance as well as Kelly Perks and Discounts.

• Working schedule : *Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm*Starting pay range : *$15-$19 / hr (based on experience)*Contract Length* : 6-8 weeks*Position Information : Complete accurate and timely entry of cash receipts daily.
• Ensure payment backup is properly filed.* Reconcile differences between customer payments and HBS invoices providing recommended adjustments.
• Conduct trade and credit references.* Participate in our new customer on boarding process.* Make collection calls / contacts.
• Review sales order for accuracy and financial stability.* Collaborate with customers and sales team members to problem solve credit and collection issues / inquiries.
• Escalate problem accounts to Credit Coordinator and recommend a course of action for settlement.* Make recommendations for bad debt write-offs and customer refunds.
• Maintain collections notes on customer accounts in HBS accounting software.* Collaborate with the AR team to ensure timely processing of requests for customer invoices and periodic account statements.
• Provide input regarding process improvements and participate in implementation process.* Collaborate with internal and external audit requests for information as needed* Be a back up to the Receptionist.
