The Quality Control Supervisor oversees the testing, incoming inspection, and samples coordination teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency by establishing and implementing excellent quality standards and procedures. This position ensures high performance and accountability, including training, reviews, balancing workload schedules, and driving continuous compliance, process, and efficiency improvements ensuring the timely processing of incoming materials and manufactured items. The QC Supervisor evaluates existing processes, recommends revisions, and conducts audits to ensure compliance to GMP and customer requirements. This position coordinates cross functionally with departments across the organization to meet manufacturing standards and timelines.
