    Roles:
    - Create and lead a team of pest control technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery

    - Oversee the scheduling and coordination of pest control activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely response to customer requests

    - Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify pest infestations, develop treatment plans, and monitor effectiveness

    - Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and inventory to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards

    - Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members
