Data Control Clerk jobs in Tennessee

Field Control Analytics (FCA) is currently searching for an onsite part-time employee who will work approximately 20-30 hours per week. You will be responsible for keying in worker data into our system, performing drug testing, and issuing worker badges, as well as other administrative functions.

This position includes daily interaction with our client and the construction workforce. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required.

Start date: May 2024

Schedule: 6:00 am to 11:00 am - Monday thru Friday; Hours may slightly change once assigned to a project.

Job Type: By Assignment/Part-time

Pay Range: $15.00/hour - $16.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and distribute worker RFID badges
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Drug testing project workforce

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
