The Data Entry Specialist position requires a candidate with strong computer skills, data entry expertise, and proficient typing abilities. Relevant skills for this role include office experience, basic math proficiency, clerical experience, filing, data collection, pivot tables, administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order entry. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for this position and knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus! The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work accurately with large amounts of data.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Invoicing within specific pest control program
• Payment entry
• Answering customer questions regarding billing

Job Requirements preferred (not required):

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills preferred
• Experience using QuickBooks a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
