Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable individual to join our team as a Data Entry. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing confidential documents with efficiency and accuracy.

The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mailroom environment and adapt to current scanning processes are crucial for success in this role.

Your role in our mission

• Participate productively as a member of a team.
• Complete tasks beyond general support level.
• Accept instruction and direction from leadership, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve some issues independently, while escalating more complex questions or issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations.

What we're looking for

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all policies and regulations.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Outlook and Word. Experience using 10 key number pads is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to change and work on assignments with limited instruction from leadership.
• Proficiency in critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining minimum speed requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret basic to moderately complex documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
