Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Clerk to join our team. As a Document Control Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work with various document management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain documents in both electronic and physical formats
- Organize and categorize documents according to established procedures
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Perform quality checks on documents, including proofreading for errors
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper document flow and compliance
- Support audits by providing requested documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Experience:
- Previous experience working with document management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with technical writing and quality management practices is a plus
- Strong file management skills, including organizing, labeling, and archiving documents
- Proficient in using administrative software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
