    As the Data Entry Clerk, you will schedule all requested vehicle shipments within the United States, Mexico, and Canada for GPP and reconcile a weekly expired consignment report.

    Salary Overview:
    The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

    Schedule:
    The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

    Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities Include:
    • Review shipment requests (CSTS/E-return).
    • Bid shipments to GM-approved carriers or schedule with contracted carriers.
    • Award shipment, track, and submit for payment (VTIMS).
    • Prepare required shipping documents.
    • Log all shipments to track shipping costs.
    • Scan paperwork to files as required by ILM.
    Data Entry Clerk Qualifications and Skills:
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
    • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be customer service oriented.
    • Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
    • Must be a reliable team player.
    • 1-year customer service experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred.
