Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a MaintenancePerson, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning andmaintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role thatrequires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot andrepair various systems.
Duties:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning,lubricating, and adjusting equipment- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems- Fabricate and weld components as needed- Supervise contractors during maintenance and repair projects- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS)- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
