    Your missions :

    As a Data Architect, you will lead by example and actively collaborate with global data teams, serving as a hands-on architect and technical expert. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship at all levels, supporting them with code reviews and technical design while ensuring that data solutions align with the needs of our customers. Your role will involve providing technical leadership for critical platforms, library, and data products development. You will play a key role in designing and building consensus for the implementation of libraries, frameworks, and processes that facilitate efficient data movement and management. You’ll design an end-to-end experience that solves real customer problems and prototyping, shipping, and iterating on deliver reusable, scalable, resilient and quality Data Products. Your advanced development skills will be crucial in problem-solving, debugging, and resolving elusive bugs.

    Job Responsibilities:

    ●Translating business requirements into data solutions, technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, reports, databases, and data warehouses
    ●Defining the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modeling, metadata, security, data governance, reference data such as product codes, and key master data.
    ●Working closely with external partners, vendors and internal data team to develop deep understanding of our data ecosystem.
    ●Defining and visualizing reference architecture, in a pattern others can easily follow to create and improve data systems.
    ●Defining data flows which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed and how data changes in transition.
    ●Lead a small but growing team of data engineers.
    ●Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
    ●Provide training and support documentation to business partners where needed.
    ●Be a cross functional leader charged with developing strategy for a critical product domain.
    ●Develop individual team members according to our core data competencies, enabling them to be autonomous in driving results.
    ●Monitor the performance of our data products and services with KPIs.

     

     

    Your profile :

    ● Experience with complex data systems, cloud platforms, data platforms, Big Data, analytics, Advanced analytics AI/ML, Self Service. (Azure, GCP, Oracle, Data Lake, Data Bricks, Delta Lake, Talend, MicroStrategy, Power BI, )
    ● Experience in identifying and evaluating opportunities for improvement.
    ● System Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology familiarity.
    ● Data Mesh and Data Product Management implementation.
    ● BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, computer science or other related field, or equivalent professional experience
    ● Advanced English is a must. Any other languages will be considered a plus.
