As a Lead Architect and Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision and strategy for our projects. You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications leveraging AWS Services, Java, Rest API, and Spring Boot. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of complex software solutions using AWS Services, Java, Rest API, and Spring Boot.
Extensive experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems using AWS Services and APIs.
Design, develop, and deploy serverless APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant services.
Must have good hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize API performance, scalability, and security.
Implement best practices for serverless architecture, including error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate APIs into web and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality and performance.
Stay up to date with AWS services and industry trends to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer - Professional is a plus.
