Personal Care Attendant for one wheelchair bound client in her home.

3- 12 hour shifts weekly

PRN to fill in other shifts as needed and available.

Interviews will be conducted virtually and in person.

Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Home Health Attendant for disabled young adult. CNA, Medical Assistant, or home health experience preferred. Laid back, low-stress work environment caring for youth in her home.

• Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
• Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.
• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helps patients care for themselves by teaching use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene.
• Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying the supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.

Hiring for 1 part-time position.

Starting pay $17.50-19.50 per hour depending on experience. Evaluation after 90 days with a potential pay increase and performance bonus.

Must be ok with being in a home with dogs.

Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance Required
