The Township of Pine seeks applicants to interested in facilities maintenance of the Pine Community Center & Township Building.

The position will include approximately 20 to 28 hours / week hours / days flexibility Monday through Sunday.

Eligible for Sick Time Hours & Membership for a minimal 1-time fee.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Display exceptional positive customer service to Township Colleagues, Township Supervisors, Guests and General Public;
• Follows instructions and assignment regarding specific tasks or projects;
• Adheres to building locking and security requirements;
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, apply floor wax / polish, disinfecting all surface areas, restrooms, break rooms and other as assigned that includes common areas;
• Daily cleaning supply maintenance and restocking;
• Continuous monitoring of paper products and soap supply;
• Maintain sidewalk during all seasons - free of obstructions, clean and dry;
• Stain removal from carpet and hard floor surfaces;
• Ensure all glass and mirror surfaces are cleaned;
• Empty trash and dispose in proper holding areas, such as cardboard, recycle, regular trash, etc.;
• Assist team members with occasion set up / disassemble : rental preparations, tables, chairs, tents, amenities, equipment, etc.;
• Provides support to customers as the 'Go To Contact' for evening and weekend events / rentals that includes set up, breakdown and clean up.
• Remove debris from parking lot, sidewalk and nearby areas immediately outside the buildings;
• Communicate with leadership, regularly, on safety concerns, equipment failure, supply shortage, incidents, observe or witness to inappropriate behavior,
• Participate in company training and meetings;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
