Responsibilities:

• Monthly close processes including the preparation of monthly financial reports for multiple entities within the group
• Accrual and cash basis accounting
• Quality assurance and account management
• Accounts Payable and Receivables
• General Ledger and Journal Entries
• Payroll
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Check runs
• Fixed asset activity
• Job Cost Accounting

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience
• ADP experience preferred
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Professional QuickBooks experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Team Player and a Great Attitude
